1. Practice Model & Billing

CalmCore Psychiatry mostly offer self-pay practice offering transparent, cash-based care. We provide superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement for full or partial payment depending on your insurance. Our current rates include:
• Telepsychiatry (Initial – 1 hr): $380
• Follow-Up (20-30 min): $215
• In-Home Concierge Visit (90 min): $999
• Subscription Plan: $199/month (13  Follow up visits included)
• Optional10‑minute Intro Call: Free of charge for new patients only

All fees are collected through PracticeQ, our secure patient billing portal.

2. Additional Services & Administrative Fees

Any request requiring additional time such as letters, forms, school/work notes, phone or email coordination, or other documentation will incur an additional fees. This ensures our administrative efforts are fair and sustainable.

3. Sliding Scale

CalmCore is committed to mental wellness for all. If your income makes standard fees a barrier, please request a sliding scale option during scheduling. We’ll strive to accommodate based on need and capacity.

4. Appointment Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid full-charge fees(same applies to yearly subscribers).
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require full payment.
The 10-minute consultation is exempt from cancellation fees.
